We explicitly state:

• We do not own, control, or manage these databases
• We do not verify the accuracy of their data
• We are not responsible for any content provided by these sources

By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

• Data may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading
• Listings may be subjective, disputed, or incorrect
• Any reliance on such data is entirely at your own risk

We may store and process:

• Usernames, IDs, and publicly available profile data
• Scan results and historical queries
• System logs and metadata

We reserve the right to:

• Retain data for security, abuse prevention, and operational purposes
• Modify or delete stored data at any time without notice

We do not guarantee data accuracy, completeness, or retention duration.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Conduct targeted harassment or witch-hunting
• Engage in or support doxxing (publishing private or sensitive information)
• Attempt to identify real-world identities behind accounts
• Misuse data for malicious, harmful, or discriminatory purposes
• Circumvent restrictions, bans, or rate limits
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service

Any violation may result in immediate and permanent restriction of access.

Insurrection Scanner acts solely as an information aggregation and display tool.

• Do not create accusations
• Do not verify allegations
• Do not make judgments about individuals

Therefore:

• We are not responsible for any listing, flag, or classification
• We are not liable for false, misleading, or defamatory data originating from third-party sources
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the presence of data on the Service

All responsibility for source data lies with the original providers.

All data is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Completeness
• Timeliness

The Service must not be used for legal, employment, financial, or enforcement decisions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
